Returns & Exchange

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions: 
• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
• If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

 

All our products are handmade by skilled artisans across our country, one piece at a time which makes each piece unique. This may lead to slight unevenness,  variation in colour/polish, shape or size  between pieces of the same product. The same should not be considered as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement or exchange.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

In case your purchase meets our return criteria,  email us at support@meluxe.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Delivery Address, contact number and email id

  • Specify the reason for return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at support@meluxe.in

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hours of the delivery. 

In any case, allow the team 24 working hours to revert to your email.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we would be happy to replace your product for the same item/SKU  within 7 working days after we receive the product at our address, following an inspection & quality check. If the same item is not available/out of stock, we will contact you via email/call, you may chose another item of same or higher value.

 

We would request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original  tags, care cards, order invoice etc.

In all cases, return/exchange courier charges will be covered by the customer. The shipping charges incurred for the delivery of the replacement will be covered by us.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

  • Custom made products/Products personalised to your requirement.

  • Products on sale

  • Products bought on special discount days
